Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2013

Applications  for JET-2013 are invited from candidates desirous of seeking admission to diploma courses in the institutions (located in Punjab and Chandigarh -UT) affiliated to the Punjab State Board  Of Technical Education.

Eligibility : The test shall be open to candidates who have passed the matriculation or equivalent examination in Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and English from State Board /central Board i.e. CBSE/ICSE/National Open School or from any other country.

Important Dates :

• Date of JET Exam : April 04, 2013
• Last Date of submission of JET Application : March 07, 2013

JET Syllabus :  The syllabus for this test is broadly based upon the syllabus prescribed for Matriculation Examination (i.e. 9th and 10th classes) of Punjab School Education Board.

JET Examination Pattern : JET-2013 will have one paper of 200 questions. There will be no negative marking

• General Awareness and Aptitude : 40
• Physics : 40
• Math : 40
• Chemistry : 40
